Our website shows products from our boutique. We do not take payment or create customer accounts on this site. To order, you message us on WhatsApp (or contact us by phone or email). Any purchase is completed separately, for example in store or by arrangement.

- Your WhatsApp phone number, messages, and any details you choose to send (name, delivery address, size, payment preference, and so on).

Customer records in our boutique system
When you buy from us, our staff may store your name, phone number, purchase history, and related notes in our internal boutique management system (accessible only to authorised staff). This helps us fulfil orders, handle returns, and keep business records.
Staff login area
Authorised staff sign in to a private area of this site. That area is not intended for customers. Login uses WordPress authentication and is covered by the same policies as other staff data.

- Optional cloud backup (Google Drive): If enabled by staff, encrypted backups of boutique data may be stored in a Google account controlled by us. This is for disaster recovery, not for public access.
